Who is the trainer..the person that has developed the training system for the team. If the answer is the company does the training….walk away…dead opportunity. In todays Global Market a Network Marketing Company cannot change fast enough.

What is their recruitment method? If they tell you to make a list of family, friends, associates and others, and tell you after that to buy leads…..RUN AWAY.. this is a no win situation. If their system does not attract people to you that want change (95% do not do this) now you have a group of people that are failing and you are to be blamed. This method is DEAD, too bad the Fat Cats do not see it.

Going Global in less than 6 months, how are they going to get your business to do this? 95% + will not be able to assist you in this important task. Pin them down and get them to answer this and commit to it.

Their training system needs to have most of the following items to train you step by step. It should have webinars, teleconferences, audio recordings, video instruction, integration of new software, and the list does not stop here. Insure that the training is complete and ethical.
