MLM Website Design for Success
If want to have an online presence, you will need to have a website. A website is like your home, People identify you by your website. So naturally, You need to have a nice home in order to retain your visitors ans make them want to come back again.
Step 1: Choosing a Domain Name
First, you need to choose and purchase a domain name that is relevant to your website topic. Try to use keywords that receive high traffic, as they are likely to be ranked higher by search engines.
Step 2: Choose your Colors
Use colors that are soothing to the eyes, and matches your whole layout of your Website. Bold words to catch attention. Colors like red, yellow are good and striking for attention catching to important words you want your readers to catch. Use colors to draw readers’ attention to the area you want them to focus on.
While trying to create emphasis, try to refrain from creating too many emphasis areas. Don’t use too many bolds and colors. Too many bolds and colors will confuse your readers, ultimately you only need readers to read areas and information that may contribute to a sale.
Step 4: Structure of Content
Take note of the structuring of your contents. Make sure that the information flows in a sequential manner. Ensure that the transition of different parts is smooth and not abrupt.
Step 5: Opt-In Form
Install an opt-in form in your website to capture email contacts of visitors for future updates. Not all visitors who visit your website the first time will buy your product. You need to follow up with them to increase the chances of a purchase in future. You can offer a free gift to visitors who leave their email contact.
After having done many websites, I realize a potential trap that all business owners face when they build their own website. That is the adding of fancy gadgets into the website. But remember, you should focus on building your traffic and improve on your contents before adding fancy gadgets trying to impress your visitors.
Test your website for the conversion rates, if it doesn’t convert traffic into sales you probably need to change some elements in your website. So it is also good to do A/B testing for your website.
There is no point of having a beautiful site if nobody visits it and buys from it.
